Denver requires that property owners clear snow and ice from their sidewalks, including adjacent ADA ramps, so that EVERYONE has safe access throughout the city! Senior citizens, people with disabilities, parents with strollers, and mail carriers — just to name a few — struggle to negotiate hazardous walkways. You can, and will, be fined for not clearing your sidewalks.

While Colorado experiences many days of sunshine, even during the winter months, snow can happen anytime from September through May. Most of the cities and counties in the Denver metro area require that you clear all walkways within 24 hours. Stay safe and don’t hurt yourself by trying to lift heavy snow. We welcome new residential customers!
